UnitingCare Bendigo is a not-for-profit community agency providing a range of integrated services to children, families and individuals across the local and greater Bendigo region of Victoria. We are always in need of assistance and if you would like to get involved and help make a positive change across our community there are a number of ways to do so:
Financial contributions enable us to assist our clients in Bendigo through our Emergency Relief Assistance Centres. All donations over $2.00 are tax deductible. Donations can be deposited into our Donation Account, sent via mail or made via telephone.

There are numerous other ways you can share your support without making a financial contribution.
We are always accepting of materials, food, goods, vouchers, toys and clothes that we can redistribute to support people in hardship. We are also continually looking for donations of goods to our Op Shops, where all proceeds of sales are then used locally to carry out our Emergency Relief Assistance and Case Management Services.
Donated goods may be left in one of our charity bins, taken to our shops, or pickup can arranged via our donation co-ordination contact below.

Volunteering is an excellent way of making a difference in your local community. UnitingCare offers you a range of opportunities to participate in a broad range of programs, events and activities supporting people across greater Bendigo.
We match your skills and experience and your areas of interest with available roles. During your volunteer experience you will meet some great people and have a lot of fun while making a difference to the community.
Throughout our history, we have been extremely fortunate having the support of a generous, enthusiastic and dedicated volunteer base. Without the skills, interests and energy of our volunteers, we could not provide our community programs and continue to expand our work to help disadvantaged communities.

Who can volunteer?
UnitingCare has over 150 volunteers and encourages people of all ages, who have a broad range of life and work experiences, represent a diverse cross section of our multicultural community and have some time available, to become a volunteer.
